Royal pressure 'led to FoI ban on disclosure of lobbying by Charles' | UK news | The Guardian

I have always enjoyed the Guardian, and for all its sometimes "Over-worthy" campaigns, I always get the impression that they choose their targets well. None more so than this one, whereby they are attempting to garner evidence, that the hapless witless overpaid nelly that we call the Prince of Wales has been trying to influence the government. I shall await the result of this one with interest.

BBC News - TUC Congress: Public will back us against cuts - Barber

I think this may well be the shape of things to come over the next few months. There will be a lot of jockeying for position whilst the Unions and the Government slap their figurative Willys on the table ready to compare and contrast. Of course, what this means for the rest of us is a complete lack of any real perspective...not that I can accept that anyone in the current government has anything even nearly approaching a sense of perspective anyway.
